Intellectual Property and Content Liability

2. Any use of the content of the EUROSHRINK website, in particular the text, design, works, trademarks, logos, source code, or any other element subject to protection, without the express authorisation of the owners, is prohibited. Content may be shared when authorised by EUROSHRINK.
   Any unauthorised use will be duly prosecuted by the legitimate owners. Likewise, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind found on the EUROSHRINK website are protected by law.
3. EUROSHRINK is not responsible for the content of the websites to which the EUROSHRINK website links, as established in article 17 of the LSSI.
4. EUROSHRINK does not grant the User any type of licence or authorisation for personal use of its intellectual property rights or any other right related to the Website owned by EUROSHRINK and the services it offers.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

This legal policy is subject to the prescriptions of Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation of Spanish law, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of Martorell (Barcelona), to the extent compatible with the provisions of Article 29 of the LSSI.
