How do we use personal data?

Within the scope of its business activities, EUROSHRINK collects and processes personal data of (1) persons interested in its products or services, (2) customers, (3) human resources (including staff and freelancers) and (4) newsletter subscribers. EUROSHRINK will process this data, as well as the data it processes for its administrative functions, fairly and lawfully and, in any event, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("GDPR").

This privacy policy sets out the terms and conditions under which we process personal data at EUROSHRINK, including data collected through our website www.euroshrink.es , our IDCP web portal or when conducting our business activities.

EUROSHRINK is a company that primarily offers sales and distribution services, which means that any contact data we may hold for contacts and customers is primarily from companies. In these cases, the data is limited to a strictly professional nature and, consequently, any reference to the personal data of clients or contacts must be understood to fall within this limitation.

EUROSHRINK collects the following personal data for the purposes set out below

1. Contact through the contact form on our Website: the personal data collected through this form will be used exclusively to inform users of the services requested or to process a request. If we receive explicit consent to do so, the contact data may be processed for promotional purposes, always with the aim of offering EUROSHRINK products or services.
2. Customers: whenever a customer contracts one of our services, their personal data will be used exclusively for the administrative management associated with the product purchased.
3. Newsletter: the data collected through this form will be used exclusively to send you newsletters, as well as commercial communications of promotions and/or advertising of our services.
4. Contact through our social media profiles: any data you provide or share with us through any social network on which EUROSHRINK has an active account will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the respective social network.
5. Candidates: Whenever a person has an interview at our offices or online or submits a CV, the candidate's data will be used to determine his or her suitability for possible job vacancies at EUROSHRINK. In the event that the candidate is hired by our company, his/her personal data will be used exclusively to manage the employment relationship with EUROSHRINK.
6. Employees: the personal data of persons employed by EUROSHRINK will be processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and employment regulations.
7. Self-employed persons: Where a person works for EUROSHRINK as a self-employed person, their personal data will be used exclusively for project management and related administrative purposes. From time to time, EUROSHRINK may obtain data from freelancers through professional online advertising platforms.

With respect to contacts and customers, EUROSHRINK may process their data for the purpose of promoting its products and services in accordance with its legitimate interest and provided that the data has been obtained by virtue of the contractual relationship with the data subject. In all other cases, EUROSHRINK will not process the data without the prior explicit consent of the data subjects.

How long do we keep the data?

Insofar as there is a contractual relationship between the data subject and EUROSHRINK, personal data will be processed for the duration of this relationship and, once it has ended, for the time necessary to resolve legal actions arising from the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of the same. This applies to data pertaining to customers, freelancers or employees.

In cases where data is processed by virtue of the data subject's consent (use of contact data for promotional purposes or sending newsletters) or in the legitimate interest of EUROSHRINK, the data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or until EUROSHRINK no longer has a legitimate interest in processing the data.

In cases where contacts have not given their consent to the processing of their data for promotional purposes, this data will be automatically deleted from our system 5 years after the request for information, provided that the contacts have shown no further interest in the products and services offered by EUROSHRINK.

The data of employees and self-employed persons will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and, after the end of the contractual relationship, for as long as is necessary for the resolution of possible breaches in this area. In the event that a person has an interview for a vacancy, their personal data will be archived for a period of one year; at this point, if the person has not been selected, their personal data will be deleted from our system.

Legal basis

The data of customers, freelancers and employees will be processed by EUROSHRINK for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship. Any refusal to submit this personal data may prevent EUROSHRINK from concluding the contract.

With regard to contacts outside our customer and supplier portfolio, we will only process data for promotional purposes if the data subject has given us his or her consent to this. The data subject always has the option of withdrawing his or her consent to the processing of his or her data for these purposes.

Whenever we process a customer's data for promotional purposes, we will process the data on the basis of EUROSHRINK's legitimate interest.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior explicit consent of the data subject, unless EUROSHRINK is required to do so by legal obligations.

Customer identification and contact details relate exclusively to professional data and do not include any processing of data outside this scope.
